The Department of Latin American and Iberian Studies promotes undergraduate research opportunities from the beginning of students’ academic careers through to their senior year and beyond. To this end, the department hosts the Senior Symposium to encourage students near the completion of their studies to showcase their research, writing and knowledge base.
